Windows 10: Get stuck in booting after update to windows 10 version 1903

Hi Microsoft team, i'm using a acer aspire 3 laptop and the acer is running build 1809 well. i'm the person who is very interested about the updating, either this time, build 1903 was very great but when i shut the laptop down and turn it back on, its stuck in loading screen (logo Acer), i used hot shut down and restart and it showed "the operating system did not shutdown cleanly". I had to access to Recovery Environment and uninstall build 1903 and get back to 1809. And i reinstall build 1903 but it have the same problem. So what does the problem belong to? build 1903 or my laptop? pls give me the solution.

Intel HD Graphics 4000" blocks me from 1809, will I be able to update to Version 1903?

• Neither Microsoft not Intel has not offered an updated driver for the "Intel HD Graphics 4000" chip.
  
• I am blocked from updating to 1809 because of that, will I be able to update to Version 1903?
• My Gigabyte system board does not offer video drivers for Win 10 64bit. It assumes MS will provide them. Intel has not updated their drivers since 2015.
  

It is system board forever stuck on 1803?
