Windows 10: Getting 100% Disk Usage, most usage is from System

My computer has been freezing frequently, especially after returning from sleep or hibernating. When I try and look into it in Task Manager, at times it is constantly at 100%, with "System" taking up the most Mb's of space. Anyone else experience this and can point out a quick fix?

• Did the issue happen after installing the Fall Creators?
• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

system 100% disk usage even after reset

for example i open a picture the pictures process goes 100% disk usage

i open a game, i get 100% disk usage and after i close i also get 100% disk usage.

usually its system process always doing 100% disk usage.
