  1. Getting a CD name on media player.

I'm trying to rip cd's on to my laptop but everything shows as "unknown album". If I try to use the "find album info" function, I get an error message saying this page can't be displayed. Is there a problem or is it not possible to add this info automatically anymore?

I also have a problem whereby my music player shows an album as being there when connected to the laptop yet when searching through the library on the player itself the album is not there.

    Thanks

    :)
