Getting BSOD when I try to install Logitech Gaming Software. Error Code: LGBusEnum.sys

    Hi everyone,

As the title of my problem states I am getting the BSOD whenever I try to download the Logitech Gaming Software, I have contacted Logitech customer support directly and went through all their suggested tips to no avail. The tech support suggested I contact Microsoft to try and resolve my problem.

I am trying to download the LGS software to make full use of my Logitech G930 headset as without the software my headset has a lot of problems that would otherwise be fixed in the LGS. I have updated all my drivers and uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times to just get a BSOD everytime. I have tried using my headset and installing LGS on a different computer with no issues whatsoever. Any suggests would be appreciated.

    :)

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

    Hi trainman81,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

Please uninstall AVG and see if it helps

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.

    Logitech Gaming Software Update 8.70

Thanks! This LGS they started a couple years ago is simple, and very nice, while not being hugely bloated. It's one of the few pieces of hardware-related software I like.
