Windows 10: Getting error code 0x80070005 when upgrading to Windows 11

I am getting the error code 0x80070005 when trying to upgrade my device to Windows 11. My organization That I manage said I can upgrade my device to Windows 11, But every time I click on "Restart Now" It shows this:And to make it clear, my organization that I manage has put all of the Windows's devices on the "Release Preview" channel of Windows insider.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
