    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Many stop code errors!

    Hi

    I'm finding that my computer is crashing a lot. I've been recording the stop codes and the list includes at least the following:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN EQUAL

    SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_...

    MEMORAY_MANAGEMENT

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    I know that this is quite a collection but does it suggest any common theme or cause?

    Stop Code VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE - atikmpag.sys

    Thank you for your help.

    • I used DDU to remove drivers
    • I check the HP site for older drivers as you suggested but there are none for Win10. I downloaded Win8 driver but on install it reported it was not compatible
    • I checked the AMD site and have used older driver 15.200.1062.1004 but still get same stop code error (if you need me to send the files please let me know)
    Do you have any further suggestions please?
