Windows 10: Getting my windows reinstalled after i lost it doing a "recovery" .no key code no software

While doing a recovery I accidentally hit the wrong button and I erased Windows 10 on my HP All-in-One and I don't have a key code I have been contacting Microsoft asking technical questions I don't know if they automatically keep a record of your key code when you contact them so they know who they're talking to and if they're on a legal Windows 10 but I would like to reinstall Windows 10 without it cost me any money because it was legal software that was on my computer. I need to know what I have to do to go about getting my windows back working. All I've been able to do is use my cell phone

I suggest you to download and install the latest software for ‘One Key Recovery’ from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists, uninstall the software and install it in compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the driver and click on properties.
• Under Compatibility tab, check the option for Run in Compatibility mode.
• Select Windows 8 from the drop down list.
• Click on Apply and then OK.
• Install the driver software.

To get the recovery key, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Microsoft account in a PC browser: https://account.microsoft.com/.
2. Click on the "Devices" tab and then the "Your devices" option on the drop down menu. Scroll to your device.
3. The option should appear in the device listing to see the recovery code.
