Windows 10: Getting Recovery Error Code 0xc0000098 file:\BCD when I try to enter safe mode

my office computer lenovo all in one v530 use windows 10 pro latest update, i have some pieces of itmore than 100 as workstation, have same problem which is when i try to enter to safe mode using f11 from first boot the error comes up and i don't know what happen but the operating system work normaly i can use it for browsing and internet. the problem i remember is just some computer cannot update windows normaly so maybe anyone can tell me what happen to my operating system and what i should i do? is it maybe problem from newest update? if you are have same problem like me please don't hesitate to help me

Recovery tool for \BCD ERROR CODE:0xc0000098

I have a HP Pavilion and since upgrading to win10 during Boot it freezes and I get the message FILE: \BCD with a ERROR CODE:0xc0000098 and it says I need a recovery tool, at that screen i hit esc. then enter and it boots up and runs perfect. how do I get
the recovery tool and fix the BCD file?

I upgraded to Windows 10 recently and I am getting the "blue screen" fatal system error:

File:\ BCD

Error Code: 0xc0000098

It began with the startup error 0xc000000d, and I was able to download the recovery image to fix the startup error. Now it's a new one (see above), and I don't have any idea how to fix it.
