Windows 10: Getting various BSOD crashes lately

Hello, I've been getting a ton of bsod crashes lately, and i can't find the reason. It all started yesterday when i thought that updating my bios was a good idea because what could go wrong haha... So after doing that I also noticed that i still had a few partitions dedicated to dualbooting Linux Manjaro, so i got rid if them while being very careful to not touch the windows partitions. Since That all happened in a very short time it's hard for me to know wich exactly of these actions caused my problems.


So now to the actual problem:

My pc crashes every few 10-30 Minutes for apparently no reason and it's all different bsod codes like "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" or "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" or "REFERENCE_BY_POINTER" or "UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP" and a lot more often without the actual program cuading it being mentioned. I also did a sfc check and i really don't want to reinstall my whole system but I what i gotta do to get this fixed

Various BSOD Errors Help

Hey all,

I've received multiple BSOD errors the past 2 days after rebuilding my PC. I've been trying to figure out the issue.

These are the few BSOD messages I remember seeing:

• DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (multiple times)
• CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (one time)
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (one time)
• WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (multiple times)

Steps I've taken:

• fully updated drivers
• applied all Windows updates
• Removed unnecessary hardware
• Monitored CPU/GPU temps (log file on temps during last crash in share)

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Getting Various BSOD's Since

Thank you for the information. When I get home from work tonight I will try these two steps. Is it ok to play games to try to bait the BSOD to pop up? or do I just have to have the PC sit there after I restart while testing with the clean boot approach?

If I get BSOD's should i still post the mini dumps or just follow the clean boot instructions to try to pin point the driver(s) that is/are acting up?

Try the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”
  
• 
  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
•
