Windows 10: Getting VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR 113

Using an Acer Aspire 7 laptop,i5 12450hrtx 3050 4gb16gb ramThe problem started today, i tried running Miruhttps://github.com/ThaUnknown/miru it is a torrent streaming app to watch anime. Getting VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (113)

I am playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey on HP Omen which has following configuration-

Processor - Ryzen 7 5800H

Ram - 16 GB

Graphics - RTX 3060 6GB

OS- Windows 10

Even though I play on lowest graphics settings where VRam usage is around 40% in game, after a while GPU usage suddenly drops from around 95-100% to around 30 % and my game crashes with the above mention BSOD error. On checking the minidump file I am getting following -

Model Samsung NP900x5t, Win 10 21H2 I don't usually work with Samsung machines but I did open Samsung update and compare the video drivers for both the Intel and Nvidia adapters and they were the most recent. I reinstalled them anyway. Trying to update Photoshop but keep getting Error code 113.

Any suggestions please.
