Windows 10: Giftcard-Roblox

So i recently brought a virtual gift card for Roblox and i received a Gmail saying that it has been confirmed. But 2 hours later i don't see the Gmail with my virtual gift card information after i got it. Why is it 2 hours later i still didn't received the Gmail. What the hell is going on because now I'm angry.

Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update

Can I use a Windows store giftcard to buy game dlcs on the Xbox marketplace? I'm asking this because I normally just buy a Xbox giftcard
