Windows 10: Glitch on Windows 10

My HP laptop keeps glitching. How can I resolve it?

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?
