Windows 10: Glitchy Laptop

So I have a Dell laptop that upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and strange things have happened

When my PC wake up from sleep, the mouse keeps scrolling all of a sudden, even when I update drivers for "HID-compliant mouse" and "PS/2 Compatible Mouse". I noticed it when I show the desktop and select, then OneDrive icon is selected at the bottom. It does glitch when I type or use a keyboard shortcut, for example: Windows + I .

After restarting it still glitches but it doesn't glitch on the Start Menu. It's very annoying.


Can anyone help me with this?

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
