    Go back from 2004 to pre install window 10 1803 version


    i received Haier pc from prime minister laptop scheme Higher education Comission in 2018 with pre installed window 10 1803 version..After one and half year my window becomes inactive but I used my pc and now my pc window version is 2004 but inactive.. Now i want to go back to my most previous version 1803 so that my digital license automatically active my window..what should i do for this..

    Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C not installing

    The following update "Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C" just doesn't want to install. The OS is always prompting me to restart every few hours with no success. Are there any logs or pre-steps i should be doing?

    The Windows Welcome experience will only be shown after installation of updates and occasionally when you sign in to highlight what's new and suggested by design. For more information about the new features and content of Windows 10 1803, please refer to
    these support articles. It also includes a video that summarizes the new content in this release:

    Also, make sure that the Windows welcome experience is enabled on your PC. Follow the steps below:

    1. Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
    2. Under Notifications, toggle the switch On "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested".
