I do a lot of long distance hiking and require a portable battery charger for Microsoft Lumia 950. What device is compatible with my 950. Thanks

W10 device paring with Lumia 950

Recently I became aware of a problem using my Lumia 950 as the access point to the internet.

I cannot pair either my W10 laptop or Surface Pro to my Microsoft Lumia 950.

If you can assist that would go a long way to restoring faith in my $800 outlay purchasing a Lumia 950 branded Microsoft.
