  1. Going to do a fresh install of windows. Have a few questions.

The PC I will be doing it on, I'll be giving to my brother. It has the Education version of windows on it, that I was able to get with my school email. My questions are, is there a way to keep the version and possibly transfer it to my new computer or will it be gone forever if I do the fresh install? Like is it linked to my microsoft account? I ask because I hope to only have to buy one OS as opposed to 2.

Also what type of delete option should I select when resetting? Delete literally everything or the one that keeps some personal files? Is there anything that should be kept that will be deleted or is deleting everything perfectly safe?

    Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
    Step 1
    reinstall windows from scratch
    Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
    Step 3
    update windows
    Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
    Step 5
    Install GPU drivers
    Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
