Windows 10: Good source for teredo related issues, or help?

I have been troubleshooting Teredo for pc since the release of Halo for pc. At one point I got it to work and was able to play for about 4 hours. Then it kicked me from the menu, stuck on connecting to server again.

I have a static ip, deleted all my vpn adapters completely, opened ports specified by the Teredo documentation on the Microsoft site and Halo specifications. changed type to enterprise (and more), enabled upnp, nat is displayed as cone and states open when checking on it in the xbox live settings.

I am completely at a loss at this point. The info seems unchanged in comparison to whe nit actually worked. Is there any solid way of eliminating issues with this. It's extremely frustrating and everyone had their own solution. Why do we have to use this system, what value does it add?

Too much time trying to get this to work so I can play some silly nostalgic game with old friends. If anyone has a good resource or pointers I would love to know, didn't want to give up but this is kind of my last effort I can't be asked to work this hard outside of working hours just for a little fun.

Teredo Tunneling not on computer.

Hi,

Your concern about Teredo Tunneling can be due to the configuration of the device. We'd recommend performing the following commands to fix your concern:

• Search Command Prompt using Cortana.
• Right-click on Command Prompt.
• Select Run as administrator.
• Type the following in order:
  • netsh, press Enter.
    
  • int ipv6, press Enter.
    
  • set teredo client, press Enter.
    
  • Check if the item is already posted.
  Note: If the above steps did not suffice, proceed to the next step.
  
• 
  Search and launch Device Manager using Cortana.
  
• 
  Search and locate LogMeIn (Hamichi) if it's listed. If yes, proceed to the next step.
  
• 
  Right-click on the specified driver, and then select Properties.
  
• 
  Click on the Driver tab.
  
• 
  Locate and click on the Disable button.
  
• 
  Check if Teredo Tunneling is already posted.

Teredo unable to qualify

Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling
Teredo functionality. If you haven’t tried the methods listed in the following articles yet, I would suggest you to try them first and see if it works:

• Teredo is unable to qualify
  
• Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked
  
  

Note:

Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry
if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to this
link.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to
uninstall and re-install the Xbox app to see if you can get it to work.

• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Windows PowerShell (Admin).
• Copy and paste the following command and hit Enter:
  
  Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage
• Reboot the computer once the command is executed.
• Once the machine restarts, launch Microsoft Store and reinstall the Xbox app.

After reinstalling the Xbox app, open Windows PowerShell (Admin)
again and copy paste the following command to enable Teredo.

netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
