Windows 10: Goodix fingerprint driver issue on Dell xps 13 9300 i7 1065G7 and Windows 10 1909

Hi guys, Im using dell xps 13 9300 i7 1065G7 and windows 10 1909 as my main OS. My problem is, my fingerprint reader is normal, but after using some days, it becomes unreachable, and Device Manager says it has stopped working. I uninstall it, and let Windows install automatically, and then use it normally, and a few days later, I face the problem again. So, any guys here have solution? I wonder that whether update Windows to version 2009 (20H2) will fix this issue.

Thank you for your response. I checked the specifications of Dell XPS 13 9300 and I see here that there is a version that is not touch-capable.

I suggest that you ask the store if the laptop you purchased is touch-capable.

Dell XPS 13 9333 - Windows couldnt not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer, please restart the installation

According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

Can someone please tell me how I can get the touch screen to work on a new Dell Xps 13 9300. The touch screen facility has not worked from day 1 now on day 3. The touch screen does not appear under the human interface driver so I cannot enable it there.
