  1. GPU Bend causing no POST?

I've been having problems with my GPU EVGA 2070 Super XC and it's been a weird one all over the place. One second it works perfectly fine, next second it won't even POST, idk anymore. I decided to take a look at the physical card itself and I noticed an absurdly abnormal incline with the front i/o shield, definitely didn't seem to be perpendicular to the back panel. I'm not 100% sure as to if this is the reasoning behind all these issues, but if it is, then I have no idea on how to fix it? I do believe this is being a cause for issue. If I apply downwards pressure to the bottom right of the card top right when it's inserted to the system I can get the system to post fine and work fine, but otherwise it will never post. I found a temporary solution by attaching some dental floss to that side and sticking it to the bottom of my case, which seems to work albeit pretty inconsistent. Usually works perfectly fine for a day or 2 and then without touching anything it suddenly stops working anymore I assume it could be the tension is shifting something

    No POST

I just ran into a situation that caused a non post. The board was only rated for 677 / 800 memory. So when I tested a 533 DDR in another board and it worked in that one but not in this one. The slower memory was causing it not to post.

As Freedom suggests: When having a non post problem. Test it not in a case but on a bench, double check the board CPU list and qualified memory list from the manufacture. Only put on the board a CPU one stick of memory. Using the onboard video. No mouse /keyboard / harddrive or any cards. Check all jumpers too

    Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Post your Stepping and o/c for Amd 64's Am2 /939 and Optys

can anyone point me in the direction of a good site which lists stepping codes for which cpu's over clock the best
