Windows 10: GPU change went wrong

Hey guys, I recently decided to upgrade my GPU from GTX 1660 to RTX 2070S. I received the gpu today, turned down PC, installed it. When I turn on the PC, the screen is just black and I dont see any loadings. I tried putting my old GPU back but still the same. Help please! PC wont boot! Specs: I5-9400f 8gb B360m xtreme mobo

Changing GPU's

I have read about changing the GPU causes something to go wrong with windows 10. I thought it was the invalidation of windows 10, so if this is the problem can I just copy down the product key fron system information and then change and then revalidate my
computer?

Wrong laptop specs or something with GPU-Z?

The webshop must have the wrong spec listed for the GPU.
Most sites list it as an 820.
