  1. Graphic card stuck at clock speed 501-850 MHz

    Hello,

I have an issue with my graphic card very recently. My graphic card is a Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 280 with a core clock speed ranging between 300 and 940 MHz. Normally when my computer is idle it is at 300 MHz and when im playing a game like the witcher 3 it is 940 MHz, thats how this graphic card always worked and I think this is how this graphic card should work normally.

The problem now is that when my computer is idle the core clock speed is stuck at 501 MHz and when I play a game it is stuck at 850 MHz, it just doesn't want to go any higher or lower. I uninstalled my graphic card drivers using the developers uninstaller and installed it again, which didnt worked, and after that I used DDU to uninstall the drivers and installed it again.

When I start my computer for the first time after the reinstall the core clock speeds work normally again between 300 and 940 MHz but as soon as I restart my computer it is stuck betweern 501 and 850 MHz again.

Also doesn't matter if my computer is idle or on performance, the memory clock speed is always 1250 MHz, which bothers me a lot and causes a higher temperature and fan on my GPU.

I am really clueless and I hope someone here can help me.

    Many thanks!

    :)

  2. 5800 clock speed

Its 434 mhz. Nokia increased clock speeds from 369 mhz after firmware 20.0.

The ARM 11 has a recommended clock speed of 600 mhz and the N8 will have its ARM 11 processor clocked at 680 mhz.

  3. network

These are the supported bands for the Lumia 640:

    Cellular connectivity
    • GSM network: 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz
    • GSM max data speed DL: EGPRS 296.0 kbps
    • GSM max data speed UL: EGPRS 236.8 kbps
    • WCDMA network: Band 5 (850 MHz), Band 8 (900 MHz), Band 1 (2100 MHz), Band 2 (1900 MHz)
    • WCDMA max data speed DL: 42.2 Mbps (Cat 24)
    • WCDMA max data speed UL: 5.76 Mbps (Cat 6)

You will have to ask your cellular provider what bands their 4G network supports

I'm with Nvidia these days so don't know if I can be of much help. I would have suggested uninstall the driver with DDU and reinstall. Seems you did that. I would also check that power management options are on balanced.

The question then is since the problem is "very recent" did something else on your system change very recently? Perhaps try a previous driver.

Don't know AMD either but an older driver version is a good idea

But i'd suspect that if you have ever run a Graphics Card Overclocking Utility ( eg MSI Afterburner if you were on Nvidia or TrixxxOC ) make sure it if fully uninstalled too or set to defaults....
