Windows 10: Graphics.DrawImage slows down after Windows 11 update

Hi, after the last update of Windows 11 Version 23H2 method Graphics.DrawImage slows down. Before the update it took 8-15ms and after the update 200ms. Do you have any idea hot to fix this? Thank you.
