    Graphics Driver Keeps Crashing Windows

    Hie everyone,

Hope everyone is safe and healthy

I own a Dell Inspiron 3567 7th gen i5 Laptop Computer running Windows 10 with an Intel HD 620 Graphics card. Ever since a few weeks back when i was playing a video game that shouldnt be crashing it crashed, i tried most options windows gave me when it failed to start to no avail until i tried safe mode and uninstalled my graphics driver and windows was back to normal minus my graphics driver so i tried reinstalling it and it crashed just as it completed. i assumed it wasn't compatible, i tried driverpack online, easydriver, Windows update, dell tech support and intel tech support, despite getting the best/recommend/correct version of the driver the PC would always just shut off without warning it doesnt even reboot when the installation is almost done...when i switch it back on its like nothing happened, there's no error message and nothing has changed. This never used to happen at all before that one time crash I've tried everything, even formatting my PC to install a new Windows 10 build at this point I'm ready to throw it at a wall. Why is my Windows shutting off i try to install my graphics driver? And why isn't it just rebooting as well? Please help!!!!

    :)

  2. Graphics drivers keep crashing

So i bought a brand new computer with Windows 10, ran all the windows updates until it said there weren't anymore twice. I then updated all of the drivers (motherboard, cpu, graphics card, audio, ect.) And installed a game and tried to play, the graphics
    drivers repeatedly crashed.

so i went into the settings optimized the game for that particular card and tried again still crashed including a bsod. Tried several Different games... Same result. so, i did troubleshooting...

    Tried:

Re seated all components - crash

Clean install of drivers - crash

Ensured OGC was disabled - crash

    Installed earlier drivers - crash

Made sure nothing was overclocked - crash

Clean install of Windows full updates and drivers everything - crash

Swapped power supply for better one - crash

    Swapped ram - crash

Bought and installed better graphics card did full clean installs of everything - crash

Swapped hard drive (again full clean install of everything) - crash

Removed graphics card entirely and try onboard graphics with clean installs - crash

At that point i was done, i returned the computer and bought the parts to build one since i had the power supply graphics card hard drive ssd and ram anyway put it all together and... Yeah it crashes, its the graphics driver every time, sometimes even when
just browsing the web looking for answers it crashes ive tried everything twice once with each machine, i used two different brands of graphics cards both Nvidia and ati as well as the amd on board graphics... They all crash... What am i missing?
