Windows 10: Green screen Money Moveer comes up when I try to open an e mail

When someone sends me a document to read in my email sometimes when opened up it comes up in a green money mover screen and the attachment is not there. why??

My grandson was typing a paper for college on his laptop and his space bar quit working so he sent it to my computer to finish but when opened only the money mover screen came up.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!

As an initial step, I suggest you to check for any pending updates in Windows. Follow the below steps;

• Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.

  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
