    Greyed out Microsoft Store with Exclamation Mark


    Hello everyone


    I reinstalled Windows around Christmas and noticed today that the Microsoft Store App can't be opened.

    The app is greyed out and has an exclamation mark in the bottom right cornersee screenshot.


    I have looked around for a solution and while some have posted powershell commands that didn't work for me,

    I couldn't find a working solution.


    Does anybody have an idea?

    All Microsoft Apps have exclamation marks are greyed out and won't open

    Hi Kapil,

    I have just created a new account and the Micrisift apps are still greyed out with an exclamation mark.

    Grey Exclamation Mark On Task Bar

    Since I have updated to the latest Windows 10, Creators Edition. I am getting the following fault sometimes.

    Grey exclamation mark instead of the green padlock. For example, this is on QVC uk .com. Iceland .com. I have never had this issue before on these sites. I know this means, do not input any private details, credit card etc. But what is the fix for
    this. Browser is Google.
