Windows 10: Groove Music on Android and iOS is dead.

This is kinda a really sad news for me as I mainly use Groove Music on my phone to sync all my music between all my devices. I really don't see the point of it. Why does Microsoft still offer OneDrive integration with Windows 10's Groove Music while also killing the only real way to use it? How is my Android phone a "Windows Phone" when you can't even get music right? Even Windows Phones did it right!


I really start to hate Microsoft. They don't even care about their customer, and instead trying to satisfy their enterprise customers. It become too hard to even support and use the Microsoft ecosystem. I might decide to switch to another, and better, ecosystem like Apple. They understand that a strong ecosystem is what the user wants, and Microsoft doesn't seem to understand it.

Groove Music Unable to Play Music

We'll try a different approach, we suggest that you reinstall Groove Music and see if it has the same issue. Follow the steps below on how to remove and reinstall Groove Music:

• Open Start menu, search for "PowerShell"
• Right-click the PowerShell shortcut and select "Run as administrator". Agree to the UAC prompt.
• Type/Copy paste Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Once that Groove Music has been uninstalled, launch Windows 10 Store.
• Type/Search for Groove Music and install.
