Windows 10: Groove Music stops when the screen goes off and the playing song ends

    Groove Music stops when the screen goes off and the playing song ends


    It may be silly me, but when the Groove Music plays a playing list and the screen goes off, after the end of the current song it stops.
    Am I doing something wrong? Is there some setting about this? Is there any player that would keep on playing even with the screen off?

    Hi! my Lumia 550 stops playing music when screen is turned off or phone goes to stand by or groove music is minimized. Is it normal? I hoped that music should be playing until I stop it?

    Win10 on Lumia 735 > music stop if display goes off

    It worked under 8.1, but under Win10 I´m running in problems.

    I made the win10 upgrade yesterday (2016-06-08) on my Lumia 735.

    1. open Groove

    2. select 1 song

    3. set up > loop 1 song

    4. song is playing

    5. display goes off

    6. song plays to end > loop stops!

    7. display on, activate the screen > type in the key ... song is starting?

    This happens with several apps, so it looks like this is not a specific groove problem.

    This must be a setting? Or a bug?
