Group Policy affecting Insider Preview Build Settings

I am running Windows 10 Home, Build 18247 which was an update last week for me but now under the WIP in settings, it says my organization is managing my telemetry settings through Group Policy. "Fix Me" is grayed out and nothing happens if I click it. I checked the DataCollection settings and it shows it disabled. (0). How can I resolve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    :)

Group Policy affecting Insider Preview Build Settings

I decided to reset. Now I have a new message on the WIP: Your diagnostic and usage data settings require attention to get Insider Preview builds. I checked and they are set to Full (and grayed out). What now?
