  2. Surface Pro 4 1909 - email yes- but no web browsers

Yes we are on a windows domain, the surface pro worked fine on win 10 1803 on Monday, we do have group policy but nothing was updated on the group policy in the last 6 months, no browser exclusions, I have 50+ windows 10 Pro PCs that access the browser and
    all websites.

I have two surface pro 6s that have no problems at all, just the surface pro 4s.... when upped to 1903/1909

    Thanks for the quick replies!

Surface Book 2, Windows 10 Pro: removing group policy issue

Hello, I am having a group policy issue that does not allow me to install the software I need during the Windows Mixed Reality Portal Setup.

I had my windows upgraded to version 1809, but it is still not setting up my WMR headset. I tried everything online to get rid of the Group Policy issue (In update it says: *Some settings are managed by your organization), but there shouldnt any organization
managing my laptop. Not as far as I know. A coworker bought the same laptop as mine and have no issue with group policy and can set up the group policy.

It seems like the only way to clean this up and remove the group policy would be to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro. However, if I do a clean install instead of a reset, shouldnt I need a Windows 10 Pro license key? My old laptop came with the license
key in the back of the laptop behind the battery, I cant find one on my Surface Book 2.

    Any suggestion will be appreciated.

    GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

    • Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
    • Press Windows + R to open Run.
    • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

Should you have more concerns, feel free to post.

    Regards.
