Windows 10: Grrrrrr.....Windows Hello Facial Recognition

Hello, so all of a sudden the facial recognition on my HP Envy360 stopped working, It says

Before you can start using Windows Hello, you have to set up a pin.

I have set up a pin. I have a password that gets me in.

I just tried removing Hello and the pin, reset, then reset them up. They didnt ask for a new pin, took my old one to allow me to re setup Windows hello facial with new pix of my ugly mug.

I reset, and the same bs.

Also, i cant use the pin to sign in either, it says something happened and your PIN isnt available. Choose another sign in option and set up your pin again by going to settings>accounts>sign in options, and when i do it says my pin is already ready

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we will know why the facial recognition quit working:

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

In the meantime, I would suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps in this

Based on the details you have provided, you can follow these steps to set a new scan for facial recognition:

• 
  On the
  Start
  button, go to
  Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
  
• 
  Under
  Windows Hello, choose
  camera setup option.
  
• 
  Select
  Remove
  to delete or remove the previous facial recognition setup.
  
• 
  To setup a new facial recognition setup, go to
  Set Up > Get Started.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions to scan your face and click
  Finish.
