Windows 10: grub does not detect windows 10 on a separate ssd

Hello,I have ubuntu 18.04 on a HDD and i installed windows 10 on a new SSD.Now, grub does not detect windows 10 disk.Windows 10 is working properly without any issues.The only way to boot into windows is through bios, selecting the corresponding disk.Is there any way to see windows 10 in grub?

My pc is a Ryzen 3 with a Gigabyte Aorus B450M mobo, with 8GB of RAM.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Dual boot not reaching windows, but grub detects it

After you move disks, partitions (eventually add/delete partitions) the principle for fixing boot is always:

1. Fix Windows boot
   
2. Fix GRUB boot
   

in that order.

Boot configuration should be such that Windows must be able to boot alone without the help of any other boot loader/manager!

What does Windows 10/8/7 use for booting with BIOS firmware (and MBR style disk):

1. MBR
   
2. PBR of active partition
   
3. bootmgr on active partition
   
4. BCD on active partition
   

in that order.

A Windows 10 installation/repair USB/DVD can be used to fix boot in this case.

For fixing GRUB you can use a Linux live CD/USB.

Be aware that after a Windows 10 version upgrade/update it possible that Windows will overwrite MBR (overwrite GRUB boot code in MBR)!

Suggestion - use Windows boot manager to dual-boot Windows and Linux.

uhh im confused on how you worded that i think..once you have windows installed no matter which OS, after the linux is done GRUB will detect any OS you got on there so windows is not gonna be your problem, can you restate your ? then it would be easier to answer
