Windows 10: Hacked laptop

Got a new Dell laptop OS Windows 11.just installed a few apps and a trial version of Bitdefender antivirus.In the antivirus dashboard section Devices there are 2 PC listed, my laptop and an unknown device running Windows 10.0.17763 on Vmware.Open CMD and the Administrator is my my nickname which I never setup,typed systeminfo in CMD and among the info I find Hyper-v requirements...Reinstalled the OS multiple times :factory reset trough Dell and Windows but the problem is still there.Attach screenshots

Email Hacked

Hello Greg

thank you for your response and the great information you provided.

I use two step authentication for my email account and all important web sites. I also use the full version of Malwarebytes to protect my computer.

But I will do the scans you suggested AdwCleaner and Limewire.com and let you know the results.

I am worried though that the webcam installed on my laptop could have been hacked. I never use it and forgot about it, so never disabled it.

Any suggestions as to find if it was actually hacked?

Laptop Hacked - Password Changed

Okay.... I followed all the steps in Option Four right up to Step 8,

where unlike the Tutorial, I got HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\REM_SAM\SAM\Domains\Account\Users\000001F4. No 'S' in the word Account.

Then, in Step 9, when I opened the 000001F4 key, I was instructed to change 11 to 10 in the first column of line 0038. On the problem laptop, the first column of line 0038 has a value of 15, not 11. I would supply a screenshot but I don't know how to do that on a computer that won't start.

So I didn't do anything. I obviously need more help.
