Windows 10: Hackers scammers on Xbox

Hello everybody i recently got scammed and hacked out of my account by a namertag called llllllllll.x something please if you see this player report him and all his friends i belive there a nasty cult spreading a virus to all players online .

Unstoppable Hacker (Xbox)

I have had a hacker in my Xbox Live account, as well as my children's account. I've tried everything including all security measures listed online or recommended by the Microsoft and Xbox customer support agents to no avail. I've replaced my modem with
a new one twice, too. Microsoft cannot even tell me if he's gaining access through my Microsoft account or our Xboxs. I just see in the recent activity page that there is "unusual activity detected" multiple times a day. That's great, how about stopping it
instead of just telling me something I cannot fix. This has been happening on all 3 of my familys' accounts for EIGHT MONTHS!! I'm pulling my hair out at this point. Can anyone tell me how he gains access to our passwords that I change all the time, right
after I change them, or give me a direction toward a solution? Thanks.
