need some help better try to explain first ok I was trying to get my phone turned back on had lost other one was online with at&t as far as I know not sure you all must remember I have no experience yet especially with files just have trouble with them found one that would go back to the online with at&t deal

now I have reported this to both party's at&t and microsoft nether understood me or maybe didn't feel like messing with me. The deal that red flaged me on at&t was I had been online for over a hour to many questions to much time nothing at all getting done then (when I said I was needing to grill out he asked me for my phone number if I had another one) please see that this doesn't look out of the way but I still had red flag.First thing I was asked was to turn off my browser didn't like that asked why no good answer tryed to say I was blocking app or something to do with find my phone but didn't call it that

I got spooked killed everything my buddys phone and P.C. now I have found these files on winRAR says community files evaluation copy at&t

the site was {how can I contact ceo of at&t} / I have not got A clue about the files everytime I think that I've found something I'm wrong and hope I'm wrong again. If this seem's fishy to anybody let me know I don't know what to think I was hacked once back in Feb. that brought back alot of memorys

no one should be able to get on here unless they have permission or something please tell me how they can if I'm wrong thought they had to use A phone or something \this is my personal laptop no one else use's it/

I have a hacker in computer, what steps to remove, block entrance to computer programs. I tried going to basics, reloading windows...I do not know what steps to take. Please advise.
