    For us Windows 10 users you need to add the options -window -noborder in the launch options on Steam and the game will then run. You can then go into the game options and change the games resolution to match that of your desktop.

    It ran well for me but I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the so called new stuff. Some nice light rays here and there and changes to the fog.
