Windows 10: Halo MCC - Error Installing / 0x803FB107

Hi,


I purchased the Xbox Game Pass subscription in order to play the Halo Master Chief Collection, although every time I attempt to install the game I receive error 0x803FB107, immediately halting the download attempt. I can't find any information online which resolves this issue and I have tried a number of fixes. wsreset.exe, signing out & in of the Store and Xbox Companion app, Windows update to latest, etc. I would really like to have this issue resolved as I purchased Game Pass to play Halo.

Halo MCC PC

Hi,

I know Halo MCC (specifically Reach), will be released on December 3rd, 2019. Is there a specific time this will be released?

 

Error code 0x803fb107 and 0x80073D12 when pre-installing the master cheif collection on PC

Okay, so I tried pre-installing MCC for PC and i get the error code stating that "one or more items in this bundle didn't install yet, well keep trying. you can also try installing them from downloads and updates (error code 0x803fb107)". So i click on
"Check downloads" which brings me to the Microsoft store's downloads page. The Microsoft store only shows "Halo REACH" installing along with an error as well, this error states that "before you can install this add-on (referring to reach which is a part of
MCC) you need to install the app or game it works with (error code 0x8007D12)". This doesn't make a lick of sense because I clicked on the master chief collection first to install, which should install first and then have reach added onto it since the store
calls it an add-on, but the store only shows halo reach is in downloads. MCC seems to be waiting on reach, but reach cant install without MCC. Anyone else having this issue?

 

Halo : MCC for PC installation - Cannot Find Device

Hello! So i got the pre-order of MCC and now, release date! Went to the Purchase history on the Microsoft Store to download. NO DEVICE FOUND. (meaning my computer) hmm... So i made sure i was currently Signed In thru my Microsoft Account. CHECK! I signed
out, and resigned in. NO fix. I went thru my OWNED list of Apps, where i also see Halo : MCC with a ! where INSTALL should be. Hover over and it says that I cannot install that game on my current Device (Windows 10) a couple days ago, i made sure windows and
PC were up to date, which they still are.

So what am i doing wrong to install the game onto my PC? It was made for the PC.
