Windows 10: Halo Wars 2 and Forza Horizon 4 not working

Hello dear internet, I have been trying to play halo wars 2 after maybe a week of not playing. Now after 3-4 seconds just as it shows the 343 logo the game crashes. In forza horizon 4 same 3-4 second crashes. I've tried restarts, signing in and out of the windows store, reseting the windows store with command prompt and the windows trouble shooter. I've tried reinstalling all default apps with powershell. Using the windows trouble shooter it always says the stores cache is messed up but that it fixed it. tried updating and resetting graphics drivers. I also play state of decay 2 and Halo wars definitive edition on pc and that still works. I am very clueless when it comes to software I could appreciate any help you can give me.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.

The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be sent out in waves, so it may take 7-10 days for you to receive your code.

If you didn't receive a code, it may be for one of the following reasons:

• You didn’t purchase or pre-order Halo Wars 2 on Xbox One or Windows 10.
• You live in a region where Halo Wars 2 isn't available, or your account is based in a region where the game is unavailable.
• You're not signed in with the account that was used to purchase Halo Wars 2 during the campaign dates.
