How to format hard drive and still keep windows 10?

Ok so I gave up on windows 10 and restore back to windows 7. Thank god they give you that option in case of instant regret.

My question now is: can I clean out my HD and still get a genuine windows 7?

I'm currently using Windows 7 Home Premium. I have a free offer to reserve and upgrade to Windows 10 when it becomes available .

My question is. In the event of a hard drive crash or hard drive failure does Microsoft plan to offer Windows 10 restoration disks or is there going to be a Windows 10 ISO to create a DVD restore disk in the event of a system failure. Please advise. Thank
