Windows 10: Hard Drive Files Missing

I am got some games from my friends pc and my drive was nearly full but after i take my hard drive in my pc then i can not find the folder of those game and Storage seems to be full thats mean File are still there but i can not see or access them .is there any way to get those back or should i format all the drive

Stored files in Hard Drive

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)
