Windows 10: Hard Drive Space Issues

Hello Reddit, I have had my Inspiron 1500 laptop for about 3 or 4 years now, and about a year into me owning it, the main disk has been always full despite me only having the apps that came with the computer. Can anyone tell me what the issue is?
