Windows 10: Hard Freeze's that seem random

Discus and support Hard Freeze's that seem random in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So I tried running driver verifier for just under 48 hours and it seems that I didn't have a single BSOD.     Please change the driver verifier settings, check the following options and uncheck the current options

    Okay I'm going to start running the verifier with those settings and all non-microsoft drivers. Also I have had a new development occur with my CPU, it seems randomly the computer will lock up but I can still use my mouse and click on things. After a small period of time everything I clicked will happen at once and the computer will start running normally again and I noticed that when this happens, in the task manager, the CPU performance is maxed out at 100%.
