    Hardware Acceleration in Google Chrome

I don't know when it started but for the last several years typing in any text based application in Windows 10 via Google Chrome browser had been a royal pain in the rear end. Even typing this thread has been a struggle. The cursor disappears, the cursors jumps all over God's green earth ( or at least my screen), when it jumps then my text I am typing goes on the wrong line, and the worst problem is somehow all previous text typed gets highlighted with a blue bar and if I am not gentle it wipes out all my text. That makes my brain fill up with naughty words and sometimes they come out. Not a problem I live by myself.

I finally found what the culprit is. "Hardware Acceleration". I turned it off right before typing a YouTube comment and it was a blessing. The only problem now is I don't want other applications that can take advantage of Hardware Acceleration to be turned off on a permanent basis. So it is another PIA to go through Google Chrome Settings to turn off then turn on HA. Is there some keyboard shortcut or Google Chrome Extension that will accomplish that task so I don't have to go through this convoluted process each time to Turn On and Turn Off Hardware Acceleration when just typing text in Gmail or Microsoft Office or YouTube or Outlook?

The Steps are Google Settings> Advanced Settings>System>Toggle on or off Hardware Acceleration.

    :)
