Windows 10: Hardware Error, LiveKernelEvent 193

Just this morning when I went up to open my laptop, I noticed that the start up process took maybe a minute or two than the usual 30 seconds or so and that laptop is experiencing lag I guess? Like it is slower. I checked my drivers and windows for updates and I updated all of them. I also ran a processor test to check if it was my GPU that was causing the problem and my laptop passed in every test. I also did the DISM /checkhealth things full command to see if it would fix the problem. I've been trying to fix the problem all day with tips from the internet and other related posts except one

I have had a similar hardware error, LiveKernalEvent 193

I believe this error has been freezing my PC to the black screen when I start it up. I also have been experiencing it freezing on the black screen when I try to put it to sleep. It also will go to sleep, wake itself back up, and then remain frozen until
I force the shutdown.

My PC has a glass panel so I can see that the specs are lighting up, and my cooling fan is maxed out and fully lit as well.

I need this issue solved, PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for any advice. I've tried to look at the Reliability Monitor when this happens, but there isn't always an event logged. If there is a better way to track the issue, I would love to hear about it.
