Windows 10: Hardware error, LiveKernelEvent, code 1b0

I recently installed a new CPU and GPU. I updated my motherboard bios to the latest version that wasn't listed as "Beta" from the MSI website system info below. Since I did so I've been having issues with my computer freezing and having to be forcibly restarted - which sometimes doesn't work and I have to power down from the power button and try again. I used DDU to remove all AMD graphics drivers, installed the AMD software, and updated my GPU drivers that way. It appeared to be working for ~24 h but the computer crashed again just now. Hardware errors on W10 64 bit PC

I have a W10 (10.0.18362 Build 18362) 64 bit PC that has been acting unusual. The most consistent problem is a tremendous lag. If I click on a web browser for example it might take half a minute to open. Click on ThisPC and it also takes forever, like two
minutes.

This is occurring on the heels of automatic updates (Windows / Drivers) however the updates were in effect for a few days and I didnt notice anything unusual. I suppose this might be a hardware failure but I dont know how to diagnose what the problem is
