    Hardware Problem?

So my computer's been crashing randomly with various BSoD's (kernel_security_check_error, system_thread_exception_not_handled, etc.). It first started happening when I was gaming but then it grew more frequent to the point where it would happen every 30min to an hour. I tried resetting Windows and keeping the important files and it helped temporarily, but the problem soon returned. I tried running system diagnostics and I don't believe any problems arose. I've tried doing hard drive checks, but they keep crashing midway. When I ran a memory diagnostic, it reported that I would need to use Windows Recovery tools to fix the issue and gave me Error Code 0xc0000023. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
