    Hardware Problem

I realise this site is about Windows, etc., but there might come a point where I won't be able to use your software because of a hardware glitch.

My 5-month old pc HP 22-C0027nafull-HD all in one Prod: 5KR99EA# ABU has presented me with a dilemma. I can't find out how it opens - in case I want to change the battery. Due to COVID-19,HP's service base being in China, I can't even get a User Manual. The support software on board denies that I've got a Warranty, much less the 3-year Care Pack.

All I want is for someone in the know to tell me how the motherboard/guts is accessed. Don't want to go into can-opener mode at this early stage of its existence.

    Any help, please?

[I've put it under "Performance and System Failures because there's nothing that matches].

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
