Windows 10: Hardware reserved is pretty high am I cooked?

Discus and support Hardware reserved is pretty high am I cooked? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Ok so I have 12gbs of ram in this laptop but only 7gb is useable....but only ~4gbs of THAT is usable so technically I only have 4gbs of ACTUALLY...     Ok so I have 12gbs of ram in this laptop but only 7gb is useable....but only ~4gbs of THAT is usable so technically I only have 4gbs of ACTUALLY useable ram This is honestly sad asf and I think I reached the limit with all the windows optimization techniques, the only alternative to having more performance is lowering hardware reserved. but ERM- maximum memory doesn't do anything and reverts if its high, and I can't do **** in my bios since it's an AMI super simple 1980s bios with no advanced option..Plus this laptop I got for school was bought by a scentsor whatever product they make idk

    Hardware reserved memory at 14GB!

    My hardware reserved memory for some reason is at 14GB. I don't know what caused this but I've tried unchecking the maximum memory and many other suggested fixes. I understand that Windows controls the reserved memory, but this seems way too high and it's causing performance issues. How do I reduce the reserved memory to a reasonable level and free up RAM?

    Hardware Reserved Memory

    High hardware reserved RAM is usually related to BIOS. Update yours.

    Hardware Reserved Memory is Overly High!

    1) So that 2.1GB memory was used by graphic?

    But, in graphic, say shared memory is 3GB?

    Anyway, is that any possible way to disable it temporary?

    2) I have project that required using Adobe (ps, dw), making server, and hobby with Adobe ae.

    Seeing my hardware reserved mem this high is bother me...
