Hardware Reserved Memory issue: need help with my BIOS maybe?!

I'm not sure. But I guess, it'd be highly unlikeble for not to be dual?!

Damn... I'm loosing faith! hahaha. I can only be sure I had 8gb working with x2 4gb.

Is it possible the slot on the motherboard to be damaged?
I checked closely with lights, I have not seen any damage on contacts.

I'm using 2 x 8GB modules in a 2 slot board but did have to change the BIOS to reflect using dual-channel, it came with 1 8GB module and was defaulted to single-channel. Some boards will have 2 slots of one color and 2 slots of a different color, usually matching the color will help, e.g. 2 modules in 2 white slots and another 2 modules in black slots.

A couple of things. How are you managing to run a CPU with a rated TDP of 125W,

    FX-8150 | AMD

on a motherboard that isn't rated for any CPU with a TDP any higher than 95W?

    ASRock > N68-GS4 FX

There is a very good possibility that by running that CPU on that motherboard that the VRM's have been damaged, which if so could quite possibly also have an affect on just about anything else on the motherboard.

Also seeing as memtest only sees 4 GB and not the full 8 GB, there is nothing you can do from within Windows to fix it, as memtest doesn't run in Windows.

Next if the VRM's are OK and nothing else on the motherboard is wonky, it could be down to an incompatibility between the motherboard and new video card. If that is the case the only fix short of a different motherboard is a BIOS update, and due to the age of that motherboard I really don't see that happening.

Hmmm no idea, I bought the motherboard that the shop (where I usually take my PC for fixing) had it and recommended, I don't understand very much about it, so I took the advice *Huh

Damn... I should've bought a new PC. This one had me so much troubles already.
In less than 5 months I got new PSU, GPU, Moba, HDD, cooler... So much money already. Can't afford fixing it again lol
Guess I'll just use for netflix for a few months, sadly. Was hoping to play some nice games *Sad

I would be seriously questioning the shop and most likely looking for a new one based on that.

They never should have put that CPU with that motherboard. Even worse is that the chipset on the motherboard is over 10 years old,

Comparison of Nvidia nForce chipsets - Wikipedia

and has never had a proper Windows 10 chipset driver (kind of hard when Nvidia dropped all support for their chipsets around 5-6 years ago). Even worse is that when that chipset was new it was an socket AM2 motherboard. All Asrock did was change the socket to AM3+ and a couple of BIOS tricks to get it to work with AM3+ (FX) CPU's.

If you only got it 5 months ago, I really would be going and asking them what they were thinking. Hate to say it but it really sounds like they took advantage of you to get rid of old and obsolete hardware.

Yes stormy13, indeed they done that.

Well, wasn't that expensive, although I just bought the GPU... Thats was expensive with Brazil crazy taxes.

I was regular client there, but now I'm done. Neither me or my family are going there again.

I'm reading about a motherboards. I'll try fix someway to buy a new one. The only sad part is that I could've bought a new CPU and motherboard, instead buying 2 motherboards. So unluck...
