    Harman Kardon Invoke Firmware Update Failing


    Hello,


    When I try to setup my Invoke speakers through the Cortona app on Android, everything seems to be going OK, until I reach the firmware update portion. The setup slows to a halt and eventually fails. No amount of "restarting" the process works per say. The work around I have found is when the fail occurs, unplug the Invoke for a minute, plug it back in, and eventually the Invoke will sync with Cortana, but with old firmware Barracuda_libre-2.1729.2. This setup failure has occurred on a Windows 10 PC, Android App, even on a Windows Phone. Harman and Kardon customer support told me that, updates can only be handled over the air, restart my router the answer to every PC issue and re-sync and or wait 24/48 hours for the speakers to automatically update which has not occurred .


    So I post all of this long winded background information to ask, Microsoft, is there some software we can download, some sort of firmware package we can use, to manually update our Invoke speakers through the Service Port? It seems I am not the only one thinking that the firmware servers are either disconnected or likely down forever. I do not seem to be the only one experiencing this issue, as there are similar questions floating around here, but support has been non-existent, thus far. Is there any advice that can be given, any news on the future of Invoke and Cortana, server/firmware status, something that will help get us back to normal working conditions?

    I just bought the Harman Kardon Invoke, the initial process went well, but it keeps disconneting from wifi every 5 minutes, I already did the reset but it keeps happening. I don´t know what else to do
