Windows 10: Has anyone else had this problem of somehow selecting programs open behind the active window?

I've got a bizarre issue on my Windows 10 PC at the moment.

Something, I will be working in an active program which is set to full screen, go to click on the title bar, and somehow it selects the program that is behind the active program and makes that active. The program I was working on has been set to fullscreen mode.

This is driving me up the wall. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

At the moment, the program it seems to happen to most is the Active Directory User And Computers. I click at the top of the screen to move it to my other monitor, and somehow I can select whatever window is behind it.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
